Period 1: Entry #4

As you read tonight, identify at least 2 direct or indirect characteristics of a character in your book.  Set up your response in the following way:

1. Name of Character
2. Type of characterization
3. Quote that shows characterization
4. Word that you can use to describe your character
5. Rationale for chosing this quote

Ex.
1.  Laurie
2. Character's Actions
3. "filled his wagon with mud and pulled it through the kitchen"
4. troublesome
5. When Laurie pulled his wagon through the kitchen with mud, he is showing that he is a defiant young boy who causes a lot of trouble.  He should know better than to be walking through his mom's nice clean kitchen with mud. Laurie goes against the commonly known rule of no mud in the kitchen just to be a bad little boy.

2 comments:

  1. 1.Matt
    2.Characters actions
3."No.Matt shook his head. I`ve got nothing to say to her."
    4.Heartless
5.When Matt said "I have nothing to say to her" I thought that was mean becuse he is saying it to his aunt.If I ever talk to one of my family members I would be in so much trouble and in the book Matt didn`t even get in trouble.
